  • check_circle Cost reporting, forecasting and valuations
  • check_circle Managing variations and change control
  • check_circle Supporting commercial negotiations and final accounts
  • check_circle Working closely with project, commercial and engineering teams

About You

  • check_circle Strong MEP Quantity Surveying experience
  • check_circle Previous data centre experience highly desirable
  • check_circle Experience working for a main contractor or specialist MEP contractor
  • check_circle Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
  • check_circle Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment
